1. Shipping & Logistics
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a straightforward, professional flat rate of $6.99 for all domestic orders within the United States. This rate remains constant regardless of whether you purchase a single Two-Piece Set or a complete seasonal wardrobe of Outerwear.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The total estimated delivery time is 3 – 9 business days. This is calculated based on our 1 – 2 day handling time plus a 2 – 7 day transit window provided by our carriers.
Which delivery services do you use?
To ensure reliability and speed, we partner with the three primary domestic carriers: USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier is chosen based on the most efficient route to your delivery address.
What is the daily order cut-off time?
Our daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before this time enter the handling phase that same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or during the weekend will be processed starting the following business day.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been inspected and packed (within the 1-2 day handling window), you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package in real-time.
2. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your Jeans & Denim or Jumpsuits, you may initiate a return within this period.
Are there any fees for returning an item?
No. At Kateyager, we operate with a "No Fees Applied" policy. We do not charge restocking fees, and we provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we process the refund within 10 business days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may take an additional 3-5 days to reflect the balance on your statement.
Can I return an item if I’ve worn it?
To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all Kateyager tags attached, and free of any scents or marks.
3. Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club) as well as digital wallets including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and PayPal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because of our efficient 1-2 day handling time, we recommend requesting changes or cancellations within one hour of placing the order. Please email support@kateyager.com with your order number and the word "CANCELLATION" or "CHANGE" in the subject line. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered the shipping phase.
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If a garment is defective or damaged, contact us at support@kateyager.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

How should I care for my Kateyager Denim?
To maintain the integrity of our Jeans & Denim, we recommend washing them inside out in cold water and hanging them to dry. This prevents premature fading and maintains the elasticity of the fabric.
