By initiating a purchase, you authorize Kateyager to charge the designated payment method for the total amount of your order, including the flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 and any applicable sales tax. To ensure successful processing:

  • You must be an authorized user of the payment method.
  • Orders are subject to verification and may be delayed if the information provided is inconsistent or incomplete.

4. Payment Processing and Order Confirmation

Payment is captured at the time of order placement. Once your payment is successfully authorized, you will receive an automated order confirmation email to the address provided. If your payment is declined, we recommend contacting your card issuer, as Kateyager does not have access to specific details regarding declined transactions for security reasons. Please ensure your order meets our 5 PM EST cutoff time for processing to begin the same day.

5. Currency and Pricing

All transactions are processed in USD. If you are shopping from outside the United States, your bank or credit card provider may apply currency conversion fees according to their own policies. Kateyager is not responsible for these additional bank charges.
